Battal Tekstil Return and Exchange Policy

At Battal Tekstil, we always prioritize customer satisfaction. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, you can initiate a return or exchange in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Law and related regulations. Our return and exchange policy below has been prepared with consumer rights in mind.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

Under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, you have the right to return the products you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date without providing any reason or paying a penalty. When using your right of withdrawal, please note the following:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.

  • Due to hygiene requirements, personal use items (such as duvets, pillows, bedding sets) cannot be returned if the original packaging has been opened and the product has been used.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to notify us of your return request in writing or via email.

  1. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, the product must be returned to us. You can send the product back free of charge using the courier company assigned to you.

  • After the product reaches us, necessary inspections are carried out to check if it meets the return conditions.

  • If your return request is approved, a refund will be issued to you within 10 business days, according to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  1. Return of Defective Products

If the product you received has a manufacturing defect or is damaged, you may report a defective product claim within 30 days of receipt. In this case:

  • The product can be exchanged for a new one free of charge, or you may request a full refund.

  • All shipping costs for defective product returns will be covered by us.

  1. Exchange Conditions

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, you can request an exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. Important points for exchange requests:

  • The product requested for exchange must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged products, where we will cover the shipping costs.

  1. Non-Accepted Returns

Return or exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Due to hygiene rules, personal hygiene products (such as bedding sets, pillows, duvets, bathrobes) cannot be returned once their packaging is opened.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the product has been damaged or rendered unusable due to user error.
